Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Nabutok at nabutok.pro or app.nabutok.pro. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

• You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone or sign up with an address that is not yours.

Nabutok is a record-keeping tool. It reports the numbers you entered and market prices fetched from third-party feeds. Nothing in it is investment, tax or legal advice, and no figure it shows is a recommendation to buy, hold or sell anything. Prices can be delayed, wrong, or missing entirely — decide with your own research, or with a licensed adviser.

You keep every right in the data you put into Nabutok. You grant us only the permission we need to store and display it back to you and to the household members you share it with. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

• Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other people’s data.
• Do not scrape it, resell it, or run it on behalf of someone else as your own product.
• Do not upload anything unlawful.

Nabutok is early software offered as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that features will stay unchanged, or that it will be free of defects. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or investment decisions made using the service.

You can stop using Nabutok and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
